I have over 27 years' experience as a Consultant Urologist. I have been providing Medicolegal reports since 2004. I have currently written over 1850 reports, with an average of 130 reports per year over the last 5 years, including Fitness to Practise reports for the GMC.
I have completed the Bond Solon Expert Witness Course and I also hold a Graduate Diploma of Law with the College of Law.
I am aware of the requirements of Part 35 and Practice Direction 35, the Protocol for the Instruction of Experts to Give Evidence in Civil Claims and the practice direction on pre-action conduct.
