The Educational Guidance Service - Kade Consultancy, team of experts cover a wide range of educational, occupational and forensic psychology.

We have expertise in a variety of expert witness situations. The needs of adults, young people, children and very young children can be investigated and expert advice provided on issues such as vulnerability, ability and suggestibility.

We also have expertise to resolve any personnel and staff issues that may be affecting an organisation of any size and to increase productivity, motivation and efficiency. These may include performance, motivation and absenteeism issues, ability and cognitive functioning, specific learning difficulties (eg dyslexia), as they may affect the workplace, difficult staff/staff relations and workplace stress. Our team of psychologists, assessors and counsellors can work at a macro and micro level to enhance employee performance and create a happy and healthy workforce.
