Expert in orthopaedic and spinal matters including, spinal trauma and degenerative diseases including cervical spine to thoracic to lumber spine and sacrum. A particular area of interest is in complications of degenerative disease of the spine and spinal trauma. I also practice invasive investigations of the spine radiologically. I regularly attend national and international teaching meetings. I have medico legal experience and have compiled over 3,000 reports in personal injury matters and more than 20 reports in medical negligence claims. I have attended ‘Report writing after Woolf’ - a guide for experts, organised by Medical and Legal Training Services. Courses in medicolegal reporting by Premex in 2013 and Capita in 2014. I have also attended courses on the medico legal aspects of spinal injury. I have also attended legally orientated courses on personal injury which have been conducted by the Solicitors Group.
