Andy Teasdale is a Forensic Project Controls Engineer with extensive experience within the global oil and gas industry. Worked on a wide variety of projects in UK, Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America, with increasing levels of responsibility in engineering project controls and services.

In depth experience of producing project controls and services deliverables at all stages, from concept to completion. Extensive planning, project controls and services experience, cost engineering, change management, progress monitoring with risk management experience. Chartered Engineer with PMT and EPC expertise, including engineering design, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning strategy and brown-field works.

Andy has significant interface experience with cost, operations and maintenance teams through brown-field and green-field projects. Extensive experience of managing large EPC contractors to assure value through guidance, influence and challenge.
