Dr Wright is an independent Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist based in London.
Dr Wright with more than twenty-five years' experience of medico-legal work in the criminal & civil courts, has prepared medico legal reports for criminal cases, civil cases, child & family cases, MHT's, immigration and asylum seeker cases, Parole Board cases, employment tribunals, capacity assessments and historic abuse cases.
Dr Wright’s areas of special interest and expertise include mentally disordered offenders in various psychiatric and custodial settings, PTSD, affective disorders, mental health law, medical ethics, health care law and addictions psychiatry.
Dr Wright has consulting rooms in London, home visits, prisons and solicitors offices. He is prepared to travel throughout the country and is willing to see clients anywhere in UK.
Dr Wright is able to work at legal aid rates and is able to provide expedited turn around times for reports in urgent matters where there are impending court deadlines.
