James is a RICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer based in cheshire. He is also the owner and founder of Survey Hut. A successful residential chartered surveying company which is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
James has over 15 years experience in residential surveying and valuations. Undertaking RICS regulated Level 2 and 3 Home Surveys (also sometimes called home buyer and building surveys) across Altrincham, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Merseyside. He is also a RICS registered valuer who produces expert witness, probate, Help to Buy, matrimonial, shared ownership and a wide variety of residential valuations.
James has undertaken valuation work on behalf of many of the major UK banks and building societies, including HSBC, Nationwide and Yorkshire Bank. In addition he has has also worked for a number of property companies and consultancies including Cushman and Wakefield, Orbit Developments and FI Real Estate Management, specialising in residential and commercial property.
James provides expert witness reports for residential valuations across Greater Manchester and Cheshire. Specialising in matrimonial and other court related valuations.
