Professor Igor R. Blum is the Maurice Wohl Professor in Primary Care Dentistry & Advanced General Dental Practice at the Faculty of Dentistry, Oral and Craniofacial Sciences and Lead/Consultant in Restorative Dentistry and Traumatology at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He is also a General Dental Council registered specialist in Restorative Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Periodontics and Endodontics.
He is also the Director for Dental Outreach Education at King’s College London and Head of Department of Primary Dental Care at King's College Hospital Dental Institute.
Professor Blum is a dental expert witness and an internationally recognised expert in restorative dentistry, prosthodontics and dental education. He provides clear, explicit dental expert advice in a timely manner. He has lectured widely, both nationally and internationally, and has authored over 90 papers in peer-reviewed journals and six book chapters. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Primary Dental Journal, the peer reviewed journal of the College of General Dentistry (UK) published by SAGE Publications.
