Ms Alisa Sultmane is a certified Expert Witness, Certified Security Management Professional, and senior consultant.

With over 19 years of experience in the physical security, emergency preparedness and risk management sectors. She has proven expertise in physical security, emergency planning, threat and risk assessments, crisis management and project management, providing bespoke services tailored to meet the unique needs of each organisation.

Ms Sultmane has deliver tailored solutions to businesses, ensuring resilience and effective security practices. Working with high-profile projects such as the London 2012 Olympics and extensive railway experience through work on Docklands Light Railway, as well as providing strategic and operational advice to organisations across multiple industries. She has led the security and emergency preparedness strategies for a network serving over 100 million passengers annually. Managed continuous improvement projects within the service delivery department, focusing on staff safety, logistics, and operational efficiency. Implemented safety-related changes and managed project teams to improve departmental processes. Also acted as the primary point of contact for venue security and made critical decisions in real-time, ensuring operational success.

Ms Sultmane provides expert witness services in the assessment of security and emergency preparedness strategy, provide views of whether security and incident responses were considered or set to best practice in organisation.

Ms Sultmane has represented clients in court as an expert/professional witness a number or times for criminal and civil proceedings and also attended coroners court in the case of a suicide fatality on the railway. She has completed a large number of post incident reviews on railways where assessments were made whether the response to incidents (including fatalities on the railway) have been completed to set standards.
