Stephen qualified with Binder Hamlyn in 1980. He joined Alexander & Co in 1984 and specialises in corporate finance including MBOs and mergers and acquisitions; he also heads up our forensic accounting department. Stephen is a member of The Academy of Experts and is on the ICAEW's Register of Accredited Accountant Expert Witnesses.
Stephen has undertaken specialist expert witness training and has experience of report writing and giving evidence in Court. He has produced independent expert reports for both claimant and plaintiff/defendant and acted as a single joint expert. He has been instructed in over 160 cases. For further information please see.
